I live in a 4/2, which is technically a 3/2, but the office was converted into a bedroom. Anyway, I live with an m/f couple (Slob and Patronizer) and one of their male friends (Greedy McOinksalot). They're decent, better than my last roommates, but Slob is, to put it nicely, the most useless person in the house.
( Not terrible, but still annoying. also, involves feline fecal matter. )

"Well, you know, though, peanut is better than all of this random penis insertion we've been seeing"- I said this last night before I realized what I was saying.
What I was actually referring to, is the "I'm so clever" way Aidan thinks he's getting around the fact that we no longer allow him to say "penis" every other word. He says "peanut" instead and then kinda does this sidelong glance to see if you picked up that he was getting around it. Stinker.
We're not big on language censorship, but when your kid starts busting out with sentences like, "I want to read that penising book so go get it, penis." You kinda have to draw the line, somewhere. The rule is, if you aren't talking about your penis, do not say it.
Anyway. On another note, I had my very first nicotine patch dream last night. Holy shit, they weren't kidding. If you have intense dreams, you can remove the patch at bedtime.
You know, I Dream. Capital D. My dreams are fucking insanely intense, anyway. You'd think I would have known better than to use something that would make them more intense, but hey, I got alot on my brains right now. The dream was in the same place all my really scary ones take place- the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs.(Don't look at their ghost photos, they are absolutely ridiculous.) Only, we were in our room when this maid comes up, screaming about how there was a zombie. I looked at her like she was nuts but then sure as shit, there's this bride zombie. Turns out she "got it" from the H1N1 vaccine. (Fucking Dr. Mercola's got me dreaming about bad H1N1 vaccines.)

But it is also this same power that makes though t your most powerful ally for changing your life, and the lives of those around you.
In this class I will teach the secrets of magic that relies upon thought alone. Though seemingly simple, this may be one of the most important classes I have ever taught at Mystical tymes, and one that everyoce can take full advantage of regardless of experience. Apart from the secrets of thought management, i will also teach the pitfalls of certain types of thinking, and the dangers of some of the systems of "New Thought" such as is presented in books like "The Secret"
This class teaches the secrets, that make the secret actually work.

...is what we (Spinergy) are calling this event instead "evening of enchantment" because we think that's way too gay sounding. No offense if you're gay btw.. but yeah, it makes me think of Brigadoon and/or fairy godmother princess stories. Promoters are silly.. I found "allurement", "enticement", and/or "regalement" that I believe would be more appropriate with a quick glance at thesaurus.com.. even "enthrallment" or just plain "enjoyment" would be more suitable I think. To be honest I have a fairly low opinion of the demonstration of synchronized belly dancing skills as a performing art.. even lower one of the choreographed removal of clothing articles for an act. I'll admit it may require some guts and/or talent however I don't have much of respect for any profession that's sole profit comes in the form of sexual validation by inciting lust in a predominately male audience. To each their own I suppose so long as everybody knows there's nothing magical about it in the slightest. It's carnal animal instincts, folks! Not a lick of sorcery involved in even the slightest.. ya know? I just think it's just about high time everyone owns up to their own nature and gives up this ludacrious notion that the image of female nakedness, undulating in the same creative fashion that gave birth to the whole universe could in any way shape or form be profane....
Anyhow, this is a rant obviously.. I apologize for my failed attempt in sharing the hilarity of my edited poster art that was censored as pornographic by photobucket! This thing is blowing my mind. When was only able to examine other peoples decks I knew I liked it, but didnt really see the patterns established in the re-named cards or how they related to the traditional Tarot. Now that I have my own deck and have read the book, I have to say that this is really brilliant.
Elspeth was right, that it is also a very unambiguous deck. None of those issues I would have with traditional Tarot when a court card would come up in a final outcome slot.
